John A. Moss

Atlanta, Georgia

John A. Moss is a partner in Steel & Moss, LLP.  For over twenty years he has practiced exclusively as a plaintiff's trial lawyer litigating in state and federal courts, primarily on behalf of injured railroad workers under the Federal Employers' Liability Act.   He has litigated extensively on behalf of injured workers in all kinds of cases, including death, catastrophic injury, paraplegia, and amputation.

More recently, he has focused part of his time on whistleblower cases under 49 USC 20109 in which he represents rail workers against whom the railroad has retaliated following the report of a personal injury.  These cases proceed in both the administrative context and in federal court.
